Most of this day, dramatic thunderstorms moved through Waterton Lakes National Park. As evening approached the sun finally made an appearance creating the most vivid rainbow I have ever seen. I scrambled to find a spot to capture it. I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to have enough time find a place and get set up. Not only being the most colorful and vivid rainbow but it lasted longer than any I can remember. I was able to shoot from several locations and take some time to enjoy the moment. This is the iconic Prince of Wales Hotel that had the rainbow perfect composed over it. I could not have asked for a better shot.
