This small park on the South Hill of Spokane gives anyone just enough solitude that they can easily believe they have quite some distance from the big city. This underdeveloped park is perfect in that nothing is cultivated. All the plants are natural. Something you would only find in the countryside. This years warm spring has brought out the wildflowers in abundance. The Arrowleaf Balsalmroot is in peak bloom with others following right behind. This particular image really spoke to me with the setting sun bathing all the trees and flowers in the golden light.
