This year the bear grass bloom has been amazing. This image is from Mt. Spokane State Park in Eastern Washington. The area is a place I like to go to escape the summer heat but still enjoy the outdoors. I wasn't visiting the park with the intention of photographing the bear grass but when I saw how much there was I new this is what I needed to capture. So I got to work trying to get as many creative and interesting images of this flower.
