Hope and Glory
The beginnig of each day brings its own set of challenges and celebrations even if they may be small. As the sun rises across the Palouse, farmers hope for the best possible weather even though they constantly check the forecast continually every day. Dry land farming is very reliant on the weather. The crops need rain at the right time and not at others. No matter how much work a farmer does to his crops to get the highest possible yield, it really has to with what the weather will bring today. So as the morning rays of the the sun grace the crops of the Palouse there is some hope the weather will work in the favor of the farmer, all the time knowing how glorious it is to have a farm in one of the prettiest places in the world.
