Rays on the Palouse

Sun light breaks through the clouds of an incoming storm highlighting the golden crops of assorted grains ready for harvest. Accross eastern Washington, it looks mostly the same. Farmers scramble to get their crops in before the storm hits. In the Palouse, one of the largest wheat growing regions in the world, harvest will start in late July and continue through most of August.
