Ponytail Falls, also known as upper Horsetail falls, is a short uphill hike from its big sister. The rail head is right next to the Historic Columbia River Highway and is a great opportunity to stretch your legs with a short hike. The Columbia Gorge is famous for its waterfalls and is a huge tourist attration. Beautiful any time of the year but Autum is my favorite.
